Our program formula is simple - we make long-term commitments utilizing private resources to help needy kids build successful lives. While many children find themselves bouncing around the foster care system- in and out of houses and separated from their siblings- Drumm Farm offers a unique alternative. Drumm Farm provides the best possible support to each child by included seven key factors in each individual’s care:
Home . . . the children live in small family-style homes with caring, professionally trained house parent couples
Family . . . we provide a stable, permanent home where siblings can stay together…OVER HALF OF THE CHILDREN WHO LIVE AT DRUMM FARM ARE WITH SIBLINGS
Community . . . children attend local schools and participate in community activities like any other child
Education . . . personalized educational support is provided so each child can reach his or her individual potential
Counseling . . . although we are not a treatment facility, the children at Drumm Farm receive weekly counseling to deal with personal and family issues
Commitment . . . we are committed to serve each child for "as long as it takes"
