Mission:
To help foster children build successful lives by providing family-style homes and opportunities for personal growth. We strive to keep siblings together and break the cycle of frequent and disruptive moves for as many children as our resources will allow.
Our Purpose: Our purpose is to offer children in the foster care system a safe, supportive long-term home where they can live with their siblings and enjoy their childhood without the disruption of frequent moves.
Our method: Our method is simple…we make long-term commitments, utilizing private resources, to help needy children build successful lives.
Goals:
• To provide small, family-style homes where children receive the support, stability and nurturing necessary for a healthy childhood
• To give priority to keeping sibling groups together
• To help children set educational goals based on individual strengths and to reach the highest possible level of education or training
• To support each student's public school success by providing an environment conducive to achievement through individualized tutoring, structured study hours, computer access and opportunities for enrichment
• To serve each child for "as long as it takes" - long term commitment |
